Duke’s restaurant in Huntington Beach, CA added a 1 color logo to a women’s and men’s t-shirt. The staff was asked to wear the Happy Surf of July t-shirts (Tiki Guy, Main Tower) a few weeks before and after July 4th. Duke’s added a charity element and offered a $1 donation to the International Surfing Museum in Huntington Beach for every pint of Golden Road Heal the Bay IPA purchased. With very little effort, Duke’s was able to increase apparel/beer sales by $3,155 during the 4 week promotion and Heal the Bay IPA was one of the top 10 beers sold during the month of July. Next year, Duke’s is planning to add a spirits cocktail promotion along with additional apparel designs/styles to capitalize on the month-long celebration.

Go to happysurfofjuly/register and submit your beach community business through the website. Please understand that this marketing campaign is for beach communities or beach related businesses and not all businesses will benefit from a coastal focused city promotion.
How do I create my listing or special event?
Once logged in to your account, you will be able to list your company, select a category and create your special offer or event. You must upload at least one photo or logo of your establishment to be listed on the site. The preferred image size is 800×600.
Can a consumer purchase Happy Surf of July merchandise directly from the Happy Surf of July website?
Yes. However, we will do everything possible to promote your business as a VIP Member and help support your event, promotion or special offer!
How do I personalize the print, apparel or promo item for my offer or special event?
